Beauty is in everything, it is all around us everyday.

A song that touches our heart, a kind act from a stranger.
When we stop to acknowledge these small and often fleeting moments
it lifts our hearts and bring us into the present moment.
All this in the present moment is all we have. This is true beauty.
If we look into the past we may have regrets, if we look into the future we may get anxiety and fear. The present moment in time is all we have.
